I received a text message from [redacted] that she was going to return the vehicle without explaining why or trying to help her In dealing with her, she has been rude, yelling and not willing to work this out She is also saying that I am harassing her She has said that she had contacted an attorney and the Revdex.com without allowing me to try to work out the matter [redacted] also has bashed and slandered my business over the website and social media When I tried to call her after I received the Revdex.com complaint which she had filed, I was able to read at least what the complaint was about and somewhat understand her statement of wanting to return the car She never stated what the problem was and I had to read about it in the complaint I wanted to offer her via phone call to reimburse her the $which she claims she has spent to fix the car as long as she had the receipts to confirm the dollar amount and services performed on car At this point, I do not believe that she is wanting to be helped and reach a reasonable resolution to this matter

I spoke to the business and they are going to do what they need to to fix the motor under the warrantyAs of right now, this complaint is resolved

He stated on Facebook that I never contacted him about issues with the car but I did June 6th, 2016. I do not have another car and need to get this car fixed so it is reliable. When she purchased the car, I took off $750 off the purchase price for new tires. I told her if there were any issues to contact me. I gave her my personal business card with my personal cell phone on it. She called the next day about the...

vehicle needing tires even though we agreed that we took the $750 off for tires. I did not hear another word from her until a different dealer in Dexter told me they were bashing my name on Facebook. I commented on it and told her to provide phone records proving that she tried contacting me about the vehicle, and she could not retrieve any records. She and I have since spoke on the phone and admitted she had the incorrect phone number for me and that she never talked to anyone from my business. A week later, I received a call from her mother telling me the exact same story, that we sold the car to her needing tires, and that she was unaware of that, then again admitted she knew. She said she was unaware that her daughter had said anything on Facebook. She used very vulgar and inappropriate language on the Facebook post. She said she as going to trade the car in at another dealer in Sikeston. And also admitted she never spoke to me or anyone else from my business that day.
