Awesome guys! I came to get a realignment done as I redid the rear suspensions by myselfThey are very courteous and have a clean and comfortable waiting areaMoreover, they are friendly peopleNever pushed me to get a different service or anythingThey did a good job with my car’s alignment!

They go above and beyond when you ask for whatever car service you needMoreover, their customer care is outstandingThey would take the time to explain the problem as well as the options you have instead of pushing forward a sales pitchThe entire team are always there to do an excellent jobAs a customer and car owner, I am very satisfied with their work

To whom it may concern: [redacted] brought her [redacted] for service to our store because the Air Conditioning was not working and it as not blowing any air out of the vents Our technician found: [redacted] agreed to fix the blower motor and input Freon to get the AC system operating The system was operating at conclusion of the repair but if the system had leaks they would need future repairs The fact that the vehicle may need future repairs was stated directly on the invoice The issues were stated as: This information concluded the repair for invoice number [redacted] , the car was picked up on 7/19/ The customer returned on 7/21/The following is the concern for the visit: A leak was noted in the system and repairs were suggested for the AC system The vehicle left Burke Centre Automotive and the customer was aware of the condition of the vehicleOn 7/23/the customer returned and we checked the AC system again We noted more leaks and recommended she replace the evaporator and recharge the system We noted the recommendation: The customer was at this time out of control and we called the police to remove her from the premises She was removed She also stated that our Service Advisor tried to threaten to choke her This was refuted by all in attendance in the lobby customers and employees alike The accusation was completely untrue and fabricatedThe name of the [redacted] County policeman is PFC [redacted] Officer [redacted] can verify all accounts of [redacted] behaviorWe do not wish to offer any further resolution to [redacted] Attached are all of her invoices from Burke Centre Automotive involving [redacted] and her [redacted] *** No refund is warranted nor shall be offered to [redacted] from Burke Centre AutomotiveBest Regards, Christopher *B [redacted] Owner / Operator TCB Enterprises IncDBA Burke Centre Automotive

I thought it would take half a day to get new tires because of their schedule but they betrayed my expectations and quickly fit me inthey went out of their way just to accommodate my situation and keep me away from other auto shopsWhether that sounds bad or good to, I was still glad that they managed to help me right awayI commend you guys!

The atmosphere of Burke Centre Automotive is very niceThis is because of their warm and friendly staff as well as their clean and comfortable placeIt also helped that they have outstanding customer service! But actually, what makes the atmosphere really nice is their team of efficient, professional and wonderful staff who helped me a lot during my visit

Overall, my experience was pretty goodI brought my car here because it was acting really weirdAfter checking the entirety of my car for minutes, they were able to find the issue and suggest a solution that really worked! The guys who worked on my car also did a good job in fixing my carIt was a good job, a job worth the price

Review: My mothers car was having air conditioning problems so she got a recommendation from a friend to take it to Burke Center Automotive. Upon arriving she expressed there was a leak because she had previously gotten it checked out else where. The gentlemen who were to work on the car said that everything would be taken care of and that the air conditioning would be fixed. They had notified my mom that they couldn't find a leak after checking multiple times and as my mom expressed before, there was a for sure leak somewhere. After wards the gentlemen notified my mom that it was going to cost approximately $1,200 to fix the air conditioning. The work was done and my mom paid in full and picked up the car only to find the next day that the air conditioning was not blowing any cold air. She immediately took it back to the shop and said that her air conditioning was not working properly so the gentlemen took the car back in for further testing. At this point they finally found the leak... that was originally expressed and they notified my mom that the repair was going to cost approximately an additional $4,000.Desired Settlement: Ultimately I believe only to be fair that the gentlemen refund my mom back her money in full for not providing adequate repairs. They essentially took $1,200 without fixing the original problem intended to be fixed.
