On May 6, [redacted] brought in her leather jacket to our store on Lemay and prospect to be cleanedThis process normally takes 6-weeks we send out our leather coats to be cleaned by a third partyThe name of that business is [redacted] s in Denver, we have been using them for years without any problemsMy employee did tell [redacted] that it would take weeks to be cleaned, this was a mistake on our partWhen [redacted] called to check on the coat at weeks we let her know that it normally takes 6-weeks and apologized for the inconvenience, we let her know then we would call her when it came back in.In July when the coat had still not been returned to us, we reached out several times to [redacted] to inquire as to why, at that time they did not call us backOn August 2nd we called [redacted] again and got through, we were told the coats that we were waiting on had be processedTim Burke the owner drove to Denver and picked up ***'s coat and several othersI called [redacted] on 8/2/and apologized for the delay on her leather coat, I explained what had happened and let her know the coat would be free of chargeI also let her know that I would personally deliver it to herShe thanked me and said that she would come pick it upJacque T [redacted] District Manager Burke Cleaner's

When [redacted] called to check on the coat at 4 weeks we let her know that it normally takes 6-8 weeks and apologized for the inconvenience, we let her know then we would call her when it came back in.In July when the coat had still not been returned to us, we reached out several times to [redacted] to inquire as to why, at that time they did not call us back. I called [redacted] on 8/2/16 and apologized for the delay on her leather coat, I explained what had happened and let her know the coat would be free of charge. I also let her know that I would personally deliver it to her. She thanked me and said that she would come pick it up.
