In regards to the complaint from [redacted] & [redacted], the claimed that they purchased a [redacted] walk behind snow blower model ST230 for the price of $1,500. Which is incorrect, the regular retail price is $1,199.95 and we actually sold it to them on aSummer sale price of $1,019.95 the invoice...

was for the amount of $1,472.91 because they had some service & repair work done on a lawn mower on the same invoice RO30234.The purchase of the snow blower took place on July 22, 2017. The customer did stated that they had a gravel drive and so do many other customers that purchase walk behind snow blowers , including myself at one time.In regards to the service, we made the repairs in a timely order. The only time one of the repairs took longer was when the impeller needed to be replaced and it was on back order from [redacted], which is out of our control, but we were able to straighten and weld the stone damaged impeller to get them going again. I have included a pic of a rock wedged in the impeller from the last time they returned it for service. The rock was wedged and they kept trying to operate it until the burned the belt up. We have replaced the belt 2 times once on january 16th  and again on march 1st.Thank youChris [redacted]Burke farm supply

Yes they have repaired and fixed it, but we were sold the snowblower thinking we would not have any problems with it the product is not living up to our expectations. When we when looking for a new snowblower and told them what type of driveway we have and when we fixed our driveway they should not have recommended this snowblower knowing that we might have problems with it as they stated he had problems too so he knew that there would be problems.What the business does not know is when we just got  back the snowblower we used it for the last snow we had and we used it on the grass area no rocks and the belt is damaged again after one pass. We are tried of this whole thing. And I am sorry we wrote down the wrong price as I have not been able to find my receipt so I went by what my checkbook had. We are frustrated beyond words could say when you buy something at this price you expect to be able to use it for a long period of time.
