I am rejecting this response because: The attorney is basically a paid representative for Burke and Herbert who has shown and/or confirmed the lack of integrity of his and Burke and Herbert's office Not once have they asked me for my side of the events and attempted to listen to me about the corrupt behavior of their employee They have be defensive and do not desire truth or full disclosure of facts before reaching a conclusion It is fair to say that they are corrupt Some employee's have terrorist ties to Pakistan I am a former intelligence employee that worked with members of the CIA, FBI, NSA and The White House I have no reason to lie My films were distributed to theaters and are in DVD and download worldwide and the response is based on the underestimation of my intelligence and experience I find the closing of the account over $while enduring a family funeral disgusting, unacceptable and classless The issue has been reported to a plethora of organizations as well as the Revdex.com I would like this matter to remain available to the public to expose this bankThrough this entire issue, my request has been that the senior executives hear my version of what occurred I did not feel the behavior was systemic but, I now understand that the behavior and attitude was and is company implemented and an indication of substratum issues It is my intention to seek legal action for pain and suffering, defamation and slander The Islamic influence among the employees is very suspicious and the anti American and Christian discussions is concerning

corporate name, which is or was a limited liability company organized in the State of Delaware. The customer first opened an account in his corporate name and corporate identification with Burke & Herbert Bank on June 5, 2014. His fast account was closed by the Bank on January 6, 2016, after the accountholder failed to cure a small overdraft for thirty (30) days with little or no activity. The customer attempted to re-open the account, or to open another account, on January 13, 2016. While he was willing to cure the November 30, 2015 overdraft default, he did not have the required Certificate of Good Standing from the State of Delaware, or the minimum deposit required to open a corporate account. To date, the customer neither has cured the overdraft default nor provided an appropriate Certificate of Good Standing from the State of Delaware. Per Federal and State banking regulations, Burke & Herbert Bank cannot open a corporate account without the required, valid supporting paperwork, including but not limited to a current Certificate of Good Standing from the organizing State.During the time that the customer was attempting to obtain the Certificate of Good Standing, Burke & Herbert Bank had the opportunity to review its banking relationship with him and his company. Our client’s review revealed a very contentious relationship that included Several overdrafts and balances below the amount necessary to maintain the account. Accordingly, our client decided to end its banking relationship with the customer and his company. The customer’s complaints, including his complaint to the Revdex.com, only serves to confirm Burke & Herbert Bank’s decision to terminate its relationship with him and his company. The Revdex.com complaint was preceded by the attached defamatory email that was purportedly sent by the “Corporate Legal Division” of the customer’s corporation, which accuses multiple Bank employees of racial discrimination. Fortunately for him, it appears from the Revdex.com Complaint forwarded to us, that the customer has reconsidered publishing these defamatory statements in his Revdex.com Complaint. Unfortunately, the Revdex.com Complaint is not entirely accurate, in that the decision to terminate this banking relationship was based upon the account history, coupled with the customer’s unacceptable treatment of the Bank’s employees.Burke & Herbert Bank does not take a decision to terminate a banking relationship lightly. It is not in the business of turning away customers, and has an inclusive relationship with its community. The customer’s disappointment in this decision is understandable, but it does not justify the accusations made in the Revdex.com Complaint or his legal department’s email. These complaints have no merit and should not be permitted to stain the reputation of Burke & Herbert Bank. Please advise if you have any questions concerning this matter.
