Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/11) */ Ann, please understand we don't prey upon anyoneI charged you for mowings which according to the records took place on the 6th and 20th of July, I tried asking you if those dates where accurate twice via email and have heard no response We have been in the process of installing a new accounting systemThis is why I wanted to check with you to see if those dates where in deed correctEither way the amount billed is correct as there where mowings for the month of July, so not sure how you are being ripped offAs for damage to the flower bed I sent my guys back there to replace the beam back into placeI also asked you via phone how the mowing was going and you stated that the guys do a "great job"Further more, when we took the job over I was never made aware that you where wanting to be mowed every-other week, to save moneyWe have had a record amount of rain this year, which intern make s it almost impossible to mow every other week and not have it land on a wet dayIf I would have known this was your intent to mow every-other week I would not have taken the job on from the beginning, as quality service is almost impossible with that limited amount of serviceHowever, taking into consideration that you are on a fixed income, I tried working with you(regret that big time now)We have a stellar record on Revdex.com and other sites for our reputation so I would like to resolve this situationPlease let me know what we can do to make you satisfied with our company Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/08/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Like I said this guy [redacted] is pleasant and that is a real plus in business, but there is no business excuse for double-billing a new customer times out of 3, with completely wrong datesI don't want to hear from this guy again, I have hired another company

We have been in the process of installing a new accounting system. This is why I wanted to check with you to see if those dates where in deed correct. Either way the amount billed is correct as there where 2 mowings for the month of July, so not sure how you are being ripped off. Like I said this guy [redacted] is pleasant and that is a real plus in business, but there is no business excuse for double-billing a new customer 2 times out of 3, with completely wrong dates. I don't want to hear from this guy again, I have hired another company.
