I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[redacted] does not seem to understand the level of neglect that was demonstrated during his inspection. He is relying on the report he wrote and the "limitations" of a home inspector to excuse his extremely poor performance. We did, in fact, read the report several times as did another home inspector and two contractors. The report he wrote in no way justified or explained the severity of the structural damage to our home. [redacted] does not seem to accept responsibility for his incompetence and instead places the blame on anyone but himself. In reality, MAJOR issues were missed or overlooked during his inspection which has now resulted in us having an uninhabitable home. If his inspection is not grounds for a refund, his arrogance, unprofessional demeanor, and insulting letter he wrote to is definitely is. [redacted] should be ashamed of his performance during the inspection, as well as his argumentative and contemptible behavior since.

All of the complaints were addressed in a comprehensive narrative report with pictures. All complaints were answered and explained to the client. She apparently did not read the report before sending the letter. Moreover, she did not read her inspection agreement that her husband signed regarding...
