Review: On Feb. **, 2014, I purchased a cell phone from Burke Wireless for $75.00. I was told if the phone malfunctioned I could get my money back. The phone is defective and malfunctioned but they didn't want to give me back my money. They wanted to give me another phone but I have already purchased another phone and have not need for 2 cell phones. Then the [redacted] offered to give me another type of phone but again, I told him I don't need two cell phones. The phone is cheap and I found out it is only worth maybe $6 but I was charged $75.00. The phone was defective and didn't work most of the time. I had to remove the battery every day to make it work. The phone is garbage and doesn't work.Desired Settlement: I want my $75.00 refunded. That's the only settlement I want.
