Ms*** was a resident at ***
Apartments, a college student housing community, in which she shared living space with three other studentsMs*** submitted two work orders during the fall of 2015, requesting pest control serviceThis service was provided on both occasionsOn February 2nd, we received a work order from Ms*** requesting the removal of trash from her unit, left by a previous roommate, which she suggested may be causing the pest control issueThis work order indicates that the pest control problem was likely caused by the other roommates' cleaning habits and not a lack of action on the part of the management companyShortly after Ms*** submitted the last work order, she stopped paying rent consistentlyShe left at the end of her lease term on July 31st owing over $1500, equivalent to more than four months of rent chargesMs*** unit has since been re-rented and no pest control issues have been reported by the current residents
Because Ms*** has moved, we are no longer in a position to address her concerns, but sincerely wish we could have reached a satisfactory resolution prior to her move-out
