With reference to your letter dated 6/4/2015 I just want to inform you that we are not responsible for any damage on Ms. [redacted] vehicle. She came to us just to put on the spare tire because she was driving on the broken rim with busted tire.By looking at the broken rim someone can...

easily figure out that she hit curb or ran to something solid. We told her that his front end and suspension system is bent and needs to be fixed she did not said anything at the point on the other hand order a new tire and told us she will bring a new rim and we will put that tire on the new rim.She left that busted rim with us and Iam sending you a picture of that rim enclosed with this letter. Unfortunately Ms. [redacted] is not telling a truth and trying to make someone else pay for her loss.With us its not going to happens because we can easily proof that this problem is not happens due to lifting a car from wrong spot, but is a result of a big impact on that front end and suspension.If you have any question please feel free to contact the under singed

With the reference to the above complaint and our pervious correspondence we want to clarify that when we sell tire we tell customer that the warranty covers only leak or flat and if they catch nail or hit something on the road warranty don't cover that also.We don't give mileage warranty on used tires..In this particular case the tire has been shown to customer and he agreed to buy tires. Now we don't know how many miles he put on those tires after he bought them plus if the tires have low tread depth he should not buy them.We honor our words just to satisfy customer we offer him 10% discount if he buy new tires or pay mount and balance plus disposable charge and we replace his tires free. We hope this will resolve the problem.

I finished ringing the customer up and gave him the receipt. When the customer returned and asked about the warranty and said he wanted them replaced I explained to him the same thing before that it covers leak or flat there was no tread wear warranty. The customer wanted to speak with the owner so I called him and explained to him what was going on and what the customer was asking to be done I let the customer spick to him and he explained the samething I did prior that there was no tread life warranty just leak or flat. The customer then left.

Review: I got some tires replaced from said business November 4th, and was told I had 30 days warranty on the tires. ON 11/25/14 I went back to said business because my tires had no threads, and the owner ([redacted] told me that I didn't have any warranty, and when I questioned him more about it, I was told that my warranty only covers the tires being flat.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to honor their Warranty agreement and replace the tires on my car.

Review: I arrived at Burkes Tire Feb 2015 in order to have a tire replaced. They used a hand jack...put it in the wrong place...and it fell, causing several thousands of dollars to my rear end suspension. They informed me that I needed to go directly to Firestone because the car was too dangerous to drive.

I arrived at Firestone, they put my car on a drive-up lift, and said they could see where the jack had slipped, causing damage to my rear end suspension.

My insurance company has been gtrying to get up with them, but they have had no luck.

My total bill was almost $6000.00.

They also charged me $178 for a tire that I have not recieved.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the money I spent to fix my car. I also would like the $178 they charged me for a tire but never gave to me.
