Please accept this letter as verification that we have moved forward to asst Mr*** in the repairs of his Toyota Sienna. Mr*** presented his vehicle to us on November 9th with the concern of its check engine , ABS and TRAC light onWhen we entered the vehicle to
verify his concern, the check engine light was not illuminatedThe only lights illuminated were the ABS and TRAC warning lights. Although the concerns are not related, we chose to assist Mr*** as a goodwill gesture. We have replaced the causal part and have been waiting for Mr*** to return in order for us to program itHe has had two appointments in our service department since last Thursday and Friday but could not present his vehicle due to his work scheduleI have place multiple calls to M*** in order to stay in touch and reassure him that we are sincere in our intentions. I informed Mr*** that I and my service department are available to him as he makes his vehicle available

I am rejecting this response because:
As stated in my complain, I knew the part is non-refundable, what I didn’t know and never informed about was that the part will be installed when they will remember to install it. After 5k miles I believe is a way to late to install it. As I stated, I went at the service twice, I even spoke to the gentleman who sold the car to me, Mr R[redacted] about the issue and he said he doesn’t know but he’ll check for me and he said is not in yet but they’ll call. They never called or talked to me. The reason I can not pick their phone calls now is because I am travelling to Romania for a death in my family. I will submit the calls log from Verizon to show they never called as soon as I get back to the US. The call log records even the missed calls.

response because:The email specifically states that the cost includes the tax and all other fees.  The response that the business gave is a blatant lie.
When I showed them the email, they stated that they would not honor that price because it had been written as a "mistake".  I had two other people with me who can verify what they said when we were there.

I called the customer and told him we would do a refund as long as the bulb is in it's original wrapping. We do not require a copy of his Driver's license. The credit card refund must be done on the same credit card. We do verify by ID (usually a DL) when a customer is using a credit card to make...

sure it is their cc. Our return policy is posted by our parts counter and parts cashier. I apologized to the customer if their was any misunderstanding and for his inconvenience. He intends to come into store tomorrow Tuesday September 19, 2017.

no refunds on Special Orders.  The parts salesperson also stated this to him verbally, before we ordered it for him and collected his monies.  We reached out to him several times for him to come pick up his part. It is here and he can pick up during the hours of the parts department.  I also tried calling him yesterday to discuss and I left him a message, but he has not returned my call.  Have a Merry Christmas and happy New Year!
