My furnace went out with degree temperatureI called in and spoke with a young lady who dispatched the service call, and to my surprise I received a call from the technician in about minutesTechnician was able to meet me at my home in about an hourThe technicians name was Dan, and he was very professional and educated in his fieldDan even took the time to explain to my warranty company the situation, and although I did not get favorable results with the warranty company, I spoke with the owner of the company, Glenn who was also very courteous and professional, and he was able to find us financingWe got everything signed and taken care of that evening and they were there the next morning to install my new furnaceDan really has a way of explaining things that you can relate with, and Glenn even exhibited the professional courtesy of a follow up call - something that is rare these days - just to make sure I got a phone call from the lenderGault tended to my home in an emergency situation and I am very thankfulI would recommend them to anyone!
