If this is the organization that is over DART I am very ashamed at how senior citizens are treated. My mother had a doctors appointment. The driver was 10 minutes late getting picked up. However, the worst treatment was waiting to get picked up for transportation back. She waited outside for pickup for over 2 hours and 30 minutes. She called DART no one answered the phone and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes at which time the female that did answer the phone was very rude and offensive. She finally called different cab services to come get her and finally United Cab arrived. She told the driver what happened and the driver told her that DART, Medicare, Medicaid people are the last to be pick up. All cash calls come first and then when they feel like it they will come pick up the dart people. Anyways, she paid 20.00 dollars for the cab to take her back to where she lives. Copies have been made and sent to different organizations and political officials. Shame on you and your organization for taking and keeping the money for your own benefit whatever the purpose because it isn't for whom it is intended for.
