But I've been reaching out to them since my first purchase April 15th and and it took a week for them to say that he would look into. I never got an answer and I even made a second purchase and put a note on the order anf I heard nothing. I reached out to them 2 more times after the second purchase advising if I didn't get an answer that I woukd be reaching out to Revdex.com. The refund was not on my account until after you notified them. Meaning they would've done nothing if I didn't put a complaint into Revdex.com. I wonder how many other customers they have ripped off. The only reason I knew, is I too ship a lot with both UPS and USPS and my shipments are a lot heavier than fabric. Maybe if they would've responded back to my emails, I would've never sent in a complaint, but they didn't, they chose to ignore me. I would have no business if I ignored my customers.
