Good evening [redacted] ,Per your request here is the information regarding [redacted] ***:In the middle of June of 2017, Mrs [redacted] wanted to transfer [redacted] to Sears Driving SchoolThe following day we sent out through mail her DEcertificate indicating her class completion date and transfer informationWe didn't hear back from [redacted] nor her mother until August in an email stating that Sears Driving School has yet to receive the certificate that was sent by usWe issued a duplicate and sent it off again with the address that was provided to usIn the middle of August, I received a call from Mrs [redacted] about Sears not getting the certificate and was told it was sent off twice to the address that was givenOn August 31, I got a call from [redacted] from the Revdex.com regarding this caseAfter talking with [redacted] I called Sears Driving School in Hulen and spoke with [redacted] She stated that our mail was received August 16, and was sent off to Hulen Point, the location [redacted] was taking classesHopefully this is helpful in resolving this matterIf there is anything else that you need from us, please let me knowRespectfully, [redacted]

We issued a duplicate and sent it off again with the address that was provided to us. In the middle of August, I received a call from Mrs. [redacted] about Sears not getting the certificate and was told it was sent off twice to the address that was given. On August 31, 2017 I got a call from [redacted] from the Revdex.com regarding this case. After talking with [redacted] I called Sears Driving School in Hulen and spoke with [redacted]. She stated that our mail was received August 16, 2017 and was sent off to Hulen Point, the location [redacted] was taking classes. Hopefully this is helpful in resolving this matter.
