Ordered a table from their website and a bench from Amazon that came from their factory. Neither showed up and I can not get a hold of the company to get a refund.

Purchased a media center from business through amazon for $2674.70.

Never received the product and refuses to refund.

We ordered a dining table on June 13, 2020 and have not yet received the table. Called during July, August and early September and they had no answer when we would get our table. It was always 2-4 weeks. Attempted to contact after Labor Day and the phone is not working and the website has gone down.

I wrote a letter requesting a call from them this week and have received no call.
We do not have the table, nor been offered a refund of the $655.00 item.

We will take legal recourse but not sure where to go. The other address I have for them goes to a residence (sent a letter there as well) and it is ***, TX 76028.
Please help! Thank you!

We placed an order June 13 and as of today have not received the order. We have called repeatedly, been given information by Juanita which was never follow up upon, and based on the other complaints below, she was most likely lying. This week we have tried to call but the phone seems to be not working and the website is not working either. We are beyond frustrated and they still have our money and we have no table!

I bought two vanity for bathroom and the wood is peeling off. I contacted seller and her agreed to send me repair kit (never sent it, said he would send new top or give me a refund) After waiting for months for repair kit I asked for a $1000.00 credit which he quickly agreed to in email. however, I havent received it and hes not answering emails anymore.

Placed a vanity order in June. Still not received - won't answer phone or return emails. Now phone is disconnected.

Early in 2020, I ordered 2 nightstands, which, according to their website, were "in stock" and would be delivered within 15 - 30 days. They did not arrive within the 30 days. I contacted the company by phone and was told they in fact did not have them in stock but would have them in 2 to 3 weeks. I cancelled my order and they refunded my money. Then, on May 21st, 2020, I reordered the nightstands believing they would now have them in stock. At the time of this reorder, their website again said the nightstands were "in stock" and would ship within 15 - 30 days, which meant they would arrive by June 21st at the latest. On June 9th, I contacted them by email telling them I had not yet received any tracking information for my delivery in spite of the fact the nightstands were supposed to be arriving no later than June 21st . I was told things were slow due to the pandemic but, "We will get this shipped out to you with no delays on our part the moment we have it." When I asked them why their website stated they had these "in stock", she said "It is based on our supplier having it in stock", so, I was led to believe that at least their supplier had these in stock. On June 15th 2020, I again contacted them by email to see if progress had been made on my order. At that point I was told they "should arrive to us on this weeks truck or next week's." On July 12th, I still had not received any tracking information for my shipment which was now 3 weeks late. I emailed them again asking them to please update me on my order. At this point I was again told things were behind because of the pandemic but, "We should be able to ship them out by the end of this week if they arrive on this week's truck from the supplier." On August 5, I emailed them again asking for an update and at that time was told "we do not have a specific date we can tell you it will be in," and that if I didn't want to wait, I could cancel my order and get a refund. Two days later, on August 7th, I decided to go online to their website and cancel my order only to discover that my account says "you have placed no orders". I emailed them with the order number on August 7th asking them what was going on? Where is my order? They did not respond. I sent a second email on August 14th, which also went unanswered. Finally, on August 26th I got an email from them stating "Your original shipment has been lost in transit and we will order you some new ones and ship them out as soon as we get them. We apologize for this delay and are going to make this right for you ma'am. Have a nice day! -Juanita" . As of today, September 12th, I still have no nightstands, no tracking information regarding shipment of those nightstands, no ability to cancel the order on their website because the website still says I have placed no orders with them, and I have been unable to reach them by phone. I have left a request to cancel the order on their website contact page, but in the past, it has taken them several days if not weeks to respond to those emails.

I wish I had read all the reviews prior to my purchase. I ordered an office set in late June. It was said to arrive by August 5th. Here we are in September and nothing. They claim the shipping service can't give them an exact date for picking up orders. I find this very hard to believe. It could have come via horse and buggy at this point.

I ordered an item 6/10/2020. On 7/14/2020 I sent an e-mail regarding the status of my order because I had not received notification that it had shipped. I was notified that it had not shipped yet. On 7/31/2020 I again e-mailed asking for an update. On 8/11/2020 I finally got an e-mail reply that it was in stock and ready to be put onto a palate soon to be shipped. I was told that I would receive a tracking number when it was shipped. I have yet to see or hear any more about my piece of furniture. I have attempted to call the store multiple times, only to get a recorded message that I would hear back in one business day. I have e-mailed with no reply. My product has already been paid for. I just want my piece of furniture.

I ordered a table on July 17, 2020 and it said I would receive the table in 2 - 4 weeks. It is now 6 weeks later and I have contacted the company several times, both via email and telephone. My inquiries were to find an estimated time of delivery. Each time I was told that there is a delay due to being short handed because of Covid. That was the standard response with no other information. I finally said if I couldn't get an estimated time that I would like to cancel the order. Then I still got the standard response. I sent another email only stating that I wish to cancel my order. Their response was that it will take 10-15 days to process the cancellation and 15-30 days to provide a refund. This says to me that they have used my money and do not have it to return.

Like the other complaints. We have ordered furniture from this business. 3 of the 4 items were in stock and should be delivered within a few weeks. The Fourth item was not in stock and it would be a 4-6 week wait. We have tried to contact this company via email, phone, social media and still are not getting a response.

Hello, we have been in contact with this customer. The items ordered are a black version that was discontinued without our knowledge. We have them ordered, and they are still shipping out as soon as they are ready. This customer had indicated they wanted to wait, and have both items ship together.

I am currently waiting for the furniture. I did not know the 1 item was out of stock. And, originally they were going to ship the other 3 pieces first.

I have yet to get a return email or return phone call regarding my order. The company charged my credit card upon the purchase and have received nothing.

Read the other reviews... they are not lying.... several months have gone by and lie after lie over the phone... forget email... they don't respond to that. Katie claims the first vanity I ordered was lost in shipping, but "don't worry, we have another one ready to go on a pallet and will send it out by the end of the week." 3 weeks later, still nothing, they never answer the phone and only call back sometimes. Sounds like a scam company.

I ordered a dining table from this company in mid October 2019. I was told that the table was in stock and would arrive in early November (that I would receive a call from the shipping company to schedule a delivery date). When no such call came, and the tracking number provided showed no shipping details, I contacted Burleson (both via contact form on their website and via phone call). No one replied.
After several more contact forms, emails and phone messages from me, Justin called back (he did not divulge that he was the owner/CEO of the company - I was told at a much later date). He said that I should be receiving the table by November 20. Nov. 20 came and went. I tried to call Justin back - several times - no answer. I sent several more emails and left more messages - no reply.
I threatened to contact the Revdex.com, and within 24 hours, I got a call from the "Sales Manager" who claimed she never received the calls or notes - that someone was let go. At this time, I did not know that the owner was "Justin." I learned this on 1/17/20. How could the sales manager "not know" when a customer has spoken with the owner? I now realize that this was a lie. I was put on hold only to find out that the table was "missing."
The next day, I was told that a new table would be shipped out immediately. This was on Dec. 4. I did not receive a tracking number from the company. When I tried to contact them to send it, my calls and emails were - once again - not returned. After several more weeks of this...I was FINALLY emailed and told that the table was in my area. The table arrived on 1/17. A cast iron leg had been snapped in two. We could not accept the table.
Again....I tried to call, and no one was answering the phones. The message directed you to press 3 if you received damaged items. When I pressed "3," the recording said "incorrect option." About 1 1/2 hours later, I spoke with the "sales manager" who seemed miffed by my state of frustration. My $1995 was credited to my card while I was on the phone....a charge that was put on my credit card in mid October...even before the item was shipped. I was told that the owner "Justin" does not speak to customers (aaahhhh...Justin is the owner!)...even though he had spoken to me on one occasion...promising that the table was on its way. Months, before, when I tried to contact him with subsequent calls - nothing.
I have been ordering furniture from out-of-state companies for over 35 years. I have never seen such gross negligence and virtually nonexistent customer service ever before. This company should not be in business. Warning to all consumers reading this: Do not order from them.

I ordered a piece of furniture in August. I was told it would ship in 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks, I reached out and they said they would call me back in 10 minutes. No call. I called the next day and got voicemail and left a message. No call. The day after that I emailed and got an response that it would ship at the end of last week. Tracking number would be sent that day. No tracking number, no response to subsequent emails, no one answering the phones....

Placed an significant order in February. Items were supposedly in stock. It is now June and have been told they cannot deliver the items. Any spot checks of status done in the last 5 months I was told it’s just a matter of time, they are constructing the furniture. Then just not being able to deliver? Was told I’d have alternative options. Still haven’t heard on those. They are still sitting on the money I paid though....

I ordered a computer armoire desk from this company on March 8th, 2019 and contacted them to verify it was in stock (per the instruction on the website).
They confirmed they had 4 of these desks in stock and promised it would ship in 2-4 weeks, and that both they and the shipping company would call me prior to arrange.

It is now mid April and I have had no calls from anyone, so at the end of week 4 (April 4th) I emailed to request an update on the shipment and status of the order. When I did not receive a reply I called and left two messages. When I still received no reply I again emailed them on April 11th. Still no reply so I left them two additional voicemails since then.

I'm at a loss to explain why the vendor does not return my emails or calls regarding the status of my order and at this point am suspecting fraud.
