Burleson Honda

We went to Burleson Honda and Douglas Taylor was out sales person. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot that we bought. He made our experience truly awesome and we are SO happy with our vehicle. He was not pushy and let us take our time (even though it was already past closing time on a Wednesday evening). The finance guy (I believe his name was Felix) was so good at helping us reach our goals there. Excellent experience. We will definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone who will listen.

The customer agreed upon and signed a contract that fully disclosed the price and what he was receiving for that price. It wasn’t until after the customer redeemed all services in the contact that he wanted a refund. We find this to be an invalidated complaint and a refund will
not be issued

The price for services was not disclosed to me until the contract was complete. I was unaware that the Honda of Burleson was charging me twice as much for an oil change until the contract ended. They told me when I was signing the contract that it would save me money. Prices for the services was not discussed when I was purchasing the vehicle and the prepaid maintenance plan.
