Extremely poor customer service Our 3rd appointment was scheduled for tomorrow, October 1st and I just called to confirm They indicated I had nothing scheduled and I had hung up on the person who had called to schedule the appointment They also had details on what they had told me that I had never heard before The person even indicated that the supervisor confirmed all of this I am completely shocked that a company would make something up like this They also said the technician who just was at our house on Saturday is no longer with the company At all costs, please stay away from this organization They are blatantly dishonest

I was referred to Burleson Services by a friend of mineHe recently had a new air conditioning system installed and had nothing but great things to say about this companyI have had technicians out to my home and both were wonderfulJames was very knowledgeable and presentableMrBurleson returned my call within the next day, came and gave me a quote and got the ball rollingThe installer did an amazing jobQuick, reliable and friendlyWithin a few days, I had an appointment set for my installI will definitely use this company in the future and recommend to my friends and family

[redacted] sent Burleson Services (Billy) to service our air conditioner. Billy stated our coil was clogged, but he would need to return at a later date to clean it. While checking the coil, the technician admittedly cracked our drain pan and had to order a replacement. One week later, Billy returned to replace the drain pan. He removed our float switch and claimed that "it is no longer necessary with the reconfiguration of the drain pipe." Following this second visit, we discovered our platform, wall, floor, and new carpeting was soaked with musty water. [redacted] sent another technician from Burleson a few days later. I was promised a senior technician. This technician who arrived was not a senior technician, but he verified that Billy should not have removed (stolen) our float switch and he did not clean our drain pipe as he claimed. The unit was still leaking when the second technician left. I tried to contact Andy, the owner, several times and was repeatedly only put on lengthy holds. Apparently, the owner doesn't speak to customers. I was however, informed that Billy was no longer with the company.

We were forced to go outside of our warranty service and hire a reputable, honest company to assess the situation. Their technician confirmed that Burleson's reconfiguration of the piping was not leveled or sealed properly, thus creating the leak. Furthermore, Burleson's removal of our float switch allowed the flood to continue until everything was soaked. The other company also confirmed the coil was still very dirty and the Freon was "super low".

Due to BURLESON'S UNSKILLED AND DISHONEST TECHNICIANS AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND APATHETIC MANAGEMENT, we now have to pay to rebuild our platform, professionally clean our carpeting, rebuild the drywall, and pay a reputable company to replace the coil and add the Freon so we don't have another flood.

Spare yourself a living nightmare and call ANYONE else!

I did not have a good experience with this company. They serviced my air conditioning through [redacted] (another bad choice on my part). The tech said he found a problem with the underground connection from the inside system to the outside compressor and said it would cost $850 to repair. He also promised me that he dealt with [redacted] before and they would cover this expense. Then came the call from [redacted] that it was not covered! I asked for a second opinion and [redacted] sent another company [redacted] Air conditioning. Best decision I ever made. What a difference! The tech came and took the time to thoroughly look at the system and the compressor and found that the outside compressor hose had a very small leak. He said he would fix it, but I would have to pay for new Freon. No problem! My bill just went from $850 to $225. Now that I look at the reviews for Burleson, I'm not surprised at my bad experience - I'll be changing warranty companies too. Hear that [redacted] and [redacted] are great.

This company is probably the worst service company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Our warrantee company, American Home Shield assigned this company when I called for service on our air central conditioning unit. The initial call was in January and the diagnosis was that we need a new compressor motor and fan. The service man came out the next day and replaced them. (so they said) However within a short period of time, the motor stopped working. Another call was placed and they came out again. This time they said the fan was bad. Fixed again. Once again, the motor stopped and they came a third time for the same problem. This time the tech said that the motor was OK but needed a fan blade, - this was Friday and he won't be able to come back until Monday. So here we are now in 92 degree heat waiting for him to come back with the fan blade, almost three months after the initial service request. This company is the worst!

We are totally disappointed in the non-service from this company. We called for service on Monday and they could not get to us until Friday, although we are seniors and my husband has a heart condition. We called Suter and they were here within an hour to repair our air unit.

I just called this morning th Burleson Service Inc. with an issue and I received the worse customer service that I ever got in my live! The lady on the phone was super rude and unhelpful! She was interrupting me each time I tried to explain her the situation! Will never get back to this company and would never recommend it to someone! People stay away from them!
