Hi *** - I'm having a hard time locating anyone by that name in our registration system and I have not personally received any emails from anyone upset about the raffle ticket expiration dateThat said, I checked with our VP of Softball/Baseball and did find that at one of our sign-ups, less
than parents were given the last seasons raffle tickets in error, but the VP contacted the coach and swapped them out for the correct ones once the error was found.No one at BYA, including myself, has been contacted for a refund request pertaining to this particular issue, but I'd be happy to provide them the correct Spring Creek coupons if they would like to contact me directly at ***.Please let me know if you need further information.Thanks,***

Again, I'm unable to find a participant in our system by the name on the complaint. The complainant indicated they contacted the "head of BYA" but to date, I've not been contacted about this matter.
