I am rejecting this response because:  He is not being truthful about our satisfaction. We have called and texted him multiple times with no action although he has said he will be out much as he did in his response to you.  I am attaching his bud which says he will replace all grout around flagstone.  He did not do this and now we have 2 different color of grout which looks terrible.  He also did not properly set the diving board.  It is hitting the side of the rocks when used causing damage to the board.  I am requesting a refund for these two services per the attached invoice in the amount of $910.  $770 for the grout and $140 for the diving board.  Both will need to be redone. He is correct in that he did refund the $660 for work he didn't do but only after my husbanded confronted him about his.  We are pleased with the plaster but that is all we are pleased with.  He has told us several times he will be back to finish but has never shown up. I have no idea what he is referring to fixing by September 5th.

Every customer is Happy and job is completed without Incident. The customerpaid us once completed with work and they told me they were happy and the Plaster looked great The grout was best could be due to age of older grout around pool and we even saved them money on the repair due to skimmer was Not leaking and we refunded them 600 cash We did not receive any upfront payment on this repair customer paid when we were completed and they both said it looked So much better than before especially the plaster color It was 1 week later I got a msg from him saying the mastic was soft in the 2 areas we went out to verify the situation and there was 2 smaller areas that needed to be touched up I messaged her to let her know the rep would also verify the mastic areas which John did confirm this issue They have given us the material to replace it and as I mentioned to her we would be out asap to correct the issueWe would like to correct this around Sept 5 th Thank you for your time to recieve this
