I am writing in response to the complaint ID *** filed to your office concerning a vehicle sold at my business Burley’s Auto ? The Suzuki XL? was sold as is, with no warranty - I am submitting a copy of the buyers guide signed by the purchaser I am also
enclosing a copy of the sales receiptThe purchaser and I road to the notary office ,in the Suzuki XLIt was a total of miles round trip - On the ride there and backthe vehicle ran fine ,no shutting off, no noisy wheel bearing everything was operating fineThe vehicle is a ,over years old with miles, not brand newAs far as the reimbursement for repairs done at their local garage ,I do not feel I am responsible to pay themThe day they purchased the vehicle and were having stalling problems on the way home, I would have looked at it then if they would have returned to Burley’s AutoBut they continued home , which is a hour tripThe mechanic they had check the Suzuki must not of known what was wrong, He changed parts unnecessarily and it still shut offThe fix was never stated in the complaintWheel bearings can go bad at any time , they usually make noise when they do, the vehicle was not making any noises on February when they purchased itI am very sorry for any inconveniences they may have had, but I sold them an as is vehicle that was running fine

I tried calling the business after the problem started and he did not answer his phone and I understand that I signed the paper, but I would not drive hours and then pull out $4,just for the fun of itThe mechanic replaced everything that came up the machine and it was a little black box the was loose that made the vehicle to shut offI had a safety inspection done to the vehicle due to me having to put the four children into itI have a list of everything that is wrong with it and why it shouldn't of never been inspectedIt was inspected on January 10,so therefore they should of known about the problems and fixed them before selling the vehicle to anyoneI feel as if I got robbed by this dealer and I feel that he should at least send me the money that I still have to put into it to make it safe for my familyAlso, the day of me buying the vehicle the dealer told my husband and I that if anything went wrong that he would make it right with usAlso, going to do the transfer he is the one who did all the driving and I thought that was a little weird and also that day we had our year old son with usI can get my phone records to show that I called him when the issue startedAlso, we had to keep calling him until we reached him because he wouldn't return phone calls to us
