The owner of this company is so customer service driven I just was looking for a locksmith but did know I would find a excellent company with great service

We called Burley's Lock & Key out to change all the locks in the buildingThe service was absolutely dismalThey came out and gave an initial quote and gave us a date they would return to complete the serviceNo one showed so three days later we called and they came out at noon to do a job that would take a whole dayThat night they left with the doors half re-keyedThe next day they returned again around am to complete the jobWe were told every lock was re-keyed as promised and made paymentUpon discovery after their departure many locks had in fact had not been re-keyed so we called them and they came out two more times to correct these findings but we were still left with locks unchangedWhen we call now for service we are directed to their voice mail with no return phone call

I was very impressed My ate my car key..SERIOUSLY, It was a chip key for a Honda Accord The business advertises after hours serviceMy need was in the early eveningI called and left a message My called was returned in a very reasonable amount of time
Mr*** was to my home within the time frame he quoted He was pleasant and professional The job was done properly, no glitches in a very reasonable amount of timeHis charge was about percent of what a dealer would have charged me PLUS he came to my home...no waiting in a service department waiting room
