Review: I have a kitchen floor installed a few months ago. Since then a bubble popped up and I have felt unevenness on the floor like a few dips in the floor, I contacted them several times getting no return calls. I finally called the store manager. we set up tentavite day for a tues I was supposed to get a call confirning it or if they couldn't make it I got neither >So I call and get a ate for bout 4;30 providing men were still in the area around that time I get a call around 3 saying men finished there job and weren't sticking aroundl 4;30, So I call back the manager for a week straight leaving messages and I don't even get a return call , Now Im hoping you can help me resolve this.Desired Settlement: What I would like is my money back for a bad job and my and my worrying and aggravation , but I know that wont happen so I would like my floor fixed right and they would have to come on Sat or about 430 weekdays thanks for you time
