I am quite surprised and disappointed that Mr. [redacted] thought the best resolution was to contact the Revdex.com. In the last conversation we had I said "we are not just throwing up our hands and walking away, please think about what you would like to do and let me know". I did...

say we can't dissemble it. The reasoning is, if we dissemble the shed it almost never goes back together and looks as good as it originally was.  We have displays at our shop. Mr. [redacted] looked at the displays. He took no measurements and never asked if the shed would be larger than 6x12.He did say he had a “spot” for a 6x12.  All sheds are FRAMED to 6x12 or whatever size is ordered. If we made the shed to be an exact 6x12 length removing the eave and trim length from the framed dimension 99% of our customer would be complaining that the shed is not big enough and is not what was ordered. I could bring up more points but to cut the point. In good will we WILL come and disassemble the shed, cut to resize the width and height of the shed, and reassemble. I will note that during the resizing the new cuts will not look as good as the previous ones. We will also have to eat the cost of putting on new roof sheets, shingles and a ½ days labor for 3 guys. I will do this because we ARE reputable.I can do this on Friday but will need to know right away if this is the route they want to go.
