Review: I am writing on behalf of my mother [redacted]. The Burlington Country Times continues to call my mother every six months to get her to subscribe to their newspaper. Although she tells them no, the paper starts appearing on her porch. Then she receives a bill in the mail. The paper, @ $78 per year, is a luxury item for an elderly person living on social security. I've had to call their office at least six times in the last few years to cancel the subscription. Although she is on their "do not call list" ,she continues to get these nuisance solicitations. I called again this morning and got some outlandish run-a-round about the cause being outside solicitors. That makes no sense since the newspaper and bills come directly from the Burlington County Times. They refused to delete her account so this doesn't happen again.Desired Settlement: I don't want my mother to receive the newspaper, bills or phone calls in the future. She is 96 years old and shouldn't have to deal with this nonsense.
