Burlington Fireplace & Heating

I scheduled an appointment one week in advance to have my fireplace serviced by Burlington Fireplace with a service time between 12-4 pm. Drove home early from work for the appointment. At 3:45 pm I receive a call from a tech indicating they would be at my house in 35 -40 minutes. At 4:40 PM still nobody arrived, thus I contacted Burlington Fireplace to cancel, since I have to leave with my daughter at five. The apology was weak and the courtesy was extremely poor! I would never recommend a store with such poor and courteous customer service. I don't care how long they have been in business! I expect courtesy and satisfaction each and every time! A simple courtesy call indicating they are running late would have been appreciated. I strongly suggest using a fireplace center that provides great service. This is NOT the place.
