Burlington Tire & Auto

After switching to Winters, crew threw the old Tires and rims in back seat of my car which ripped rear cover...I let them know immediately and was told I had to come back from them to look, which I did. The owner then came out to look and ACCUSED ME as if it was my fault "why did you gave the cover in there in the first place"? I said because I am protecting my seats...Basically switched blame on me and acted like a real jerk and didn't want to even offer for any resolution.
I told him, too bad...He lost a good customer.
Real Jerk, and no Customer skills at all.

I am a two time returning customer to Burlington tires & autoGreat service, knowledgeable and professionalSounds cheesy, but for my Lincoln ls they found me the cheapest descent tires from about different tire shops in the Burlington area(Michelin x-ice) 4-17" winters installed with tax for $(it's a rare tire size known to only be used on a jaguar type s)And with my Mazda protege nexun winters and rims installed with tax for $ They figured out that even though the car has 16" stock rims I could go down to a 14" rim and a tire with a higher side wallAll other shops were satisfied offering me a 16" tire to fit my rims, which would cost me $for just tires installedThese guys not only saved me from this option, but now that I have a winter set of wheels and tires it's free to put my summer's back on next yearVery pleased and recommend them all day long
