When I said nobody EVER said (nor it was in the contract) I would have to pay them to cut a sink hole in the granite I bought from them for US$ (yes, surprisingly, my kitchen does have a sink), their answer was "And who said you wouldn't?" Of course, I didn´t pay the never before mentioned "sink hole fee", but I still find their answer amusing
