365Lax had a verbal agreement as specified for a credit lowering the [redacted] cost to $and in addition to working with the [redacted] , 365Lax specified that winter training with our 6th and 7th grade teams will be part of the 5th graders tuition along with our June [redacted] camp/clinic which is why 365lax held onto the the $which is the original tuition priceThe other 5th graders have no problem with this and there only seems to be an issue with the Higgins family which we believe is because they have tried out for the [redacted] but after speaking with the [redacted] , they said that they had cut their son but when he was one of the 5th graders we were going to have the [redacted] we brought our players over there, they felt that they should have only paid there price but as specified, 365Lax not only provided them with year round training from the [redacted] coaches but also winter training and a summer camp from 365Lax which is why the original $(equal payments of $400) was never changed If further proof from other 5th graders is needed, please specify and the 365Lax staff can provide that as this is taking away from our time from training all of our travel teams, private lesson clients in addition to the showcase tournament and league we run but more importantly, we would like to not have this information tarnishing our reputable business that we have been running since but officially incorporated in January of Please advise, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Mr. M*** will stoop to new lows to lay claim to the $and is simply digging his own grave with his consumer deceptionFirst he attempts to insinuate that this dispute was resolved by sending his dispute with *** In reviewing what he sent to Revdex.com it is clear that it was 365LAX' dispute with *** It certainly was not proof that this issue was resolved Next, he attempts to create a fictional "verbal agreement." We have over emails regarding the $dispute and this is the first time that he mentions this "verbal agreement." In reading Mr. M*** response, it is unclear with whom he made this verbal agreement Us or ***? Irrespective, not only do we categorically deny making any such agreement with him or 365LAX but so do the *** In my previous email, I cut and pasted the response from Brandon from the *** denying any agreement with 365LAX and stating that the $could not and would not be applied to ***"s price Third, our son was never cut from the *** as shamelessly stated He made the *** along with 365LAX and another travel team 365LAX was the first team to reach out to us demanding payment to hold our son's roster spot We paid them on *** and two days later we were informed that 365LAX was not going to be fielding a 5th grade teamIt has become increasingly obvious that 365LAX solicited payment for services they never intended on providingThis was also the same time we received call from *** about our son's interest in their teamWe tried out for the *** before we tried out for 365LAX and our interest in the *** had nothing whatsoever to do with MrM***Fourth, MrM*** mentions that the "other families have no issue with him keeping the $400." We have spoken with the other families and they deny that MrM*** ever reached out to them or that they have no issue with 365LAX keeping monies for serves which were never rendered This is consumer deception at its finest and the Revdex.com should not allow this organization to get away with soliciting for services which they never intended on providing Finally, if you notice, his email mentions services provided but for the 6th and 7th grade teams only He makes no reference to a 5th grade team We never received the services for which the $was solicited by MrM*** These funds should be refunded without any further delay.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
*** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Merchant has not agreed to refund the $400.00.  In fact, Merchant objected to refunding the $400.00 on October **, 2015 and then again on November **, 2015 misrepresenting that services were rendered.  see responses from our [redacted] account.  the $400 is still on our account and we have been forced to have to re open the case and send additional emails from this vendor demonstrating that no services were rendered and the they are attempting to keep the $400 for doing absolutely nothing.[redacted] notice[redacted]

TomI have given you every favorable reference that you would step
and do the right thing.  It is clear that you have and will not.  I
have received confirmation from [redacted] that you are continuing to fight this
losing battle.  If you think that we are just going to forget the $400 you
are wrong.  You are governed accordingly.

[redacted]TomPlease allow this email to respond to yours below as well as
address the email we received from Brandon. Please note that we have been communicating with Brandon since
the inception and he has received all of our emails on this issue.  Each
of your responses to my emails  insinuate that your emails are being
written from both you and Brandon.  In fact, the email below brazenly
states that both you and Branden[sic] “are bewildered” as to why we would want
a return of our $400.   I find your actions surrounding your attempts
to lay claim to this $400 as a “finders fee” nothing short of despicable,
underhanded and an act of consumer deception. Your attempts to rope Brandon and
LI[redacted] into your rouse is equally disgusting.Contrary to your representations below, Brandon has denied ever
speaking with you on this issue.  Bandon/[redacted], remain unwavering in
his/their  representation that 1. HITMAN and 365LAX are two completely
independent organizations.  2.there was never any “merger” with 365LAX
 3. any payments made to 365 for the failed 2023 5th grade boys
team have nothing to do with the [redacted] 4.  $400 cannot be nor will it
be, combined with any payment for the [redacted] for their 2023 team and
cannot be nor will they be, used to offset their fees.  In fact, as
I was writing this email, I received Brandon’s echoing the above. I feel sorry
that he was forced to even respond to this nonsense and seek to “clear his name
and involvement” .Please stop trying to make it seem as if my son is on your team
as a basis to lay claim to the $400.  He is not.  He is on the
[redacted].  He tried out for the [redacted] before trying out for 365LAX.
365LAX was the first to respond with invitation and we submitted the $400
payment to hold his space.  We then heard, not from you or 365, but from
BRANDON, that 365LAX was not going to field a 2023 5th grade boys
team, but if we were still interested in the [redacted], there was spot for our
son.  Our choice to go with the [redacted] had nothing whatsoever to do with
the fact that we believed that you and 365 were affiliated with the
[redacted], as you represented to Brandon.I appreciate your offer to have Aidan play on the 6th grade team.  However, we have already committed ourselves to the [redacted]
and attended a practice. Plus, after all this back and forth, I really do not
feel comfortable associating myself and son with your organization. Please
return the $400.00. [redacted] has been provided with all our emails and we have
advised them that you are wrongfully trying to claim payment for services that
were cancelled and never rendered.     Please retract your
objection so that we can close the chapter on this issue.  Good luck to
your 6th Grade boys.[redacted]

365Lax had a verbal agreement as specified for a credit lowering the [redacted] cost to $1600 and in addition to working with the [redacted], 365Lax specified that winter training with our 6th and 7th grade teams will be part of the 5th graders tuition along with our June [redacted] camp/clinic which is why 365lax held onto the the $400 which is the original tuition price. The other 5th graders have no problem with this and there only seems to be an issue with the Higgins family which we believe is because they have tried out for the [redacted] but after speaking with the [redacted], they said that they had cut their son but when he was one of the 5th graders we were going to have the [redacted]  we brought our players over there, they felt that they should have only paid there price but as specified, 365Lax not only provided them with year round training from the [redacted] coaches but also winter training and a summer camp from 365Lax which is why the original $2000 (5 equal payments of $400) was never changed.  If further proof from other 5th graders is needed, please specify and the 365Lax staff can provide that as this is taking away from our time from training all of our travel teams, private lesson clients in addition to the showcase tournament and league we run but more importantly, we would like to not have this false information tarnishing our reputable business that we have been running since 2008 but officially incorporated in January of 2009.  Please advise,[redacted]
