I purchased a building in good faith from their distributor in B, *** when the building was delivered in February I found one of the windows was broken, we have been calling every since to have the window replaced and to this day still do not have a time nor a date as to when this will happen. Keep being told the repair person is busy, the sales staff keeps saying they do not handle the repairs, etc.
Repair To replace the broken window.
The customer purchased the building and we received a call stating that the window was broken and asked if it was covered. Advised them that repair would be covered. We told them that we would have a repairman come to replace the window. We sent work order out on March 28th.
We contract with repair crews for repairs at customers' homes. Since they are independent contractors we don't have an exact time of repairs but instruct the repairman to contact the homeowner to set a time for repair.
We received an email from customer on April 8th stating that he hadn't heard from anyone. We emailed back on the 13th and apologized and said that we would check with repairman.
We checked with the Repairman who stated that he would be repairing the week of April 16th through the 20th.
Instructed Repairman to be sure and call them.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The window is fixed and that is great but the company makes no mention of the numerous phone calls and then having to contact you to get this issue resolved. A person should not have to go through things like this when they buy something. Thank you Revdex.com for getting this done
