Review: Under repair all of the above would apply, I first had [redacted] from Burnett look at my boat to do some repair work after hurricane Sandy in NY. he was supposed to pick the boat up September 2013 to give me estimates and begin repairs. I waited two weeks and when I did not hear from him I began calling and leaving messages he never returned the calls so I went down to the shop after three weeks to find out he never picked up the boat. Finally he picked it up the next day and again same thing give me estimate and do all necessary repairs. After several weeks I called again because I didn't hear from him he never returned the calls, Christmas came still no return calls I continued to call him and finally got through in January he told me that he was waiting for a fiberglass estimate I explained this was not expectable. I received no estimate and just got a bill for winterization and storage for the winter. I had no intention on storing my boat with him I have been storing it with [redacted] where I dock for the last 8 years and all I wanted was for him to repair my boat. to my surprise the bill was 2600.00 which I paid and asked when he was going to have the boat repaired to make a long story short I never got any estimated and got another bill for 4200.00 dollars for the repairs and a boat that does not work when I went to confront [redacted] about this on several occasions he is not at the shop I had his workers put him on the phone with me and he just hangs up on me I am currently having the boat repaired and the work [redacted] build me for was never even done Please help.Desired Settlement: Refund credit card account. During the last 6 months I have been dealing with this place there have been 15 other people in the same position as me and unfortunately they have you over the coals when they have your boat because if you don't pay them they seize it and force you to pay and something needs to happen when people take criminal acts and bill you for work that was never done specially when it is over 1000.00 its a felony.
