We received a letter today from the Revdex.com regarding our patient [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] was upset about a bill we sent to her. I reviewed her account upon receipt of her complaint and noticed there was not an insurance adjustment made from her last appointment with us. Mrs. [redacted] was never charged for a cancelled appointment with our office. After making the neccesary adjustment Mrs. [redacted] now has a $4.80 credit with us. I tried to contact Mrs. [redacted] to tell her of the resolution but she was not available at this time. I left a message for her to return my call.
