Review: I purchased an alignment voucher from myperks.com in Milwaukee, WI. I took my car in to have the work done and they called to tell me they could not do the alignment because I needed a new left front hub, new front brakes and roters, new front tires, and the tie rod ends loosened up. My husband and a friend both mechanics performed the work needed to complete the alignment. I then took my car in to the shop again this morning 12/30/2013 and they again called me saying that the tie rod ends still needed to be loosened up and they could do that for $50. When my husband called to tell them he already did that they told him they could not do the alignment unless we paid the $50 to have the tie rods loosened. My husband said no that we would pick up the car and take our business elsewhere the office person hung up on him. Basically they are just trying to scam me out of more money and I am afraid that they have done this to many others who tried to take advantage of the myperks deal.Desired Settlement: I am going to receive a full refund for my voucher from Myperks.com. I just feel terrible thinking about how many other people have fallen victim to their scamming for more money who didn't have a mechanic in the family to stick up for them.

[redacted] car came in for alignment, at this point we let her know what had to be done before alignment could be completed, when all work is completed we will gladly align her car.

I got into a car accident in November of 2011 and needed help fixing my car. I'm on a fixed income and had to do it myself. They had most of the parts I needed and were flexible on the price. They even showed me how to put my parts on. I have been going to them ever since.
