We bought a slide recently or let me say we ordered one over 8,9 wks. ago just to find out that we couldnt even order one until someone came out and looked at the site to see if it would fit,then we had to reorder and pay up front 4,000 dollars and were told they would call us when it came in a day before 4wks. we called and were told it was in and would be put up the following week,though the following week it was raining got told it would be the next day although I told them it wasn't raining in our location,next day came and the slide was going up finally only to be told he wasn't a plumber and due to backup because of weather the plumber would have to come tomorrow which I highly dought because it supposed to rain and this company won't work in the rain my problem is the customer service is horrible and has been why can't they tell all this up front? We have spent more than 10,000 dollars with this company and currently get all our chemicals there which we will not be continueing.
