Requested a quote for repair of a backhoe, was told they would get back to me by noon that day. Never received a response. Went to the Coopersville location and requested a quote for the same repair, they said they would call me by the end of the next day. Never heard back. After a week I went back to the Coopersville location and, after an hour, they wrote a quote while I waited. The quote was $6,500 and included almost a $1,000 of unnecessary charges. If they did not want to do the work, they should have told me up front, not make me waste my time and gas trying to get something they really did not want to give me. Also, when I visit the Coopersville site I often spend over an hour waiting for service and then the parts they supply are overpriced by over a100%.
