the Insured states in her complaint there were no problems with the claim process She in fact was satisfied with services rendered by Burno Adjustment. The Insurance Commissioner also investigated her complaint and found the complaint to be unsubstantiated against Burno AdjustmentSecondly, her complaint was involving the restoration phase of her project which was handled by Sub contractors Her complaint was filed prior to the work being complete in SeptemberI have personally responded to her complaints concerning the spoiled food, bad refrigerator, unacceptable work and cleaning of duct work
