In response to David's statements I spoke with my sales man and he recalls stating that the engine was recently rebuiltI'm sorry he missed understood recent for justEvery time David had issues with the machine we solved them in a fast and professional manor On our repair order # *** dated 03/25/customer stated he installed his own spark plugs, and to that issue I have no evidence that my professional mechanics installed the wrong plugs and if that happened it would not do damage the engine anywayThe extended warranty company (Aftercare) policy number [redacted] states in their guidelines that they will repair parts that fail or breaklow compression 20% down is considered wearOn repair order # *** 01/11/the customer stated he will fix himself if repair is not covered under the extended warranty policy, we also installed a new throttle cable at no expensive to the customers as a good will repair gestureThe repair cost was $172.32, that the customer did not have to pay for When David picked up machine he was explained these issues and left with no visible hostilityIn my year business career this only the second Revdex.com complaint receivedThe first one I was able to resolve with one phone call and I also took this very seriously.Please call with any questions or with any follow upsThank You, [redacted]

I just left a message to [redacted] and asked her to call me personally so I can explain the bill and the miscommunication and express my concern of the accusation of the commentWe WILL make this right.This is the first time I've been received a letter from your org in since I've been in business since I will email a copy of the work orderPlease call me with any questionsThank you for making me aware of this situationHopefully she will be happy after our conversation when she returns my callI was not aware of the details of the conversation that occurred

[redacted] dated 03/25/2016 customer stated he installed his own spark plugs, and to that issue I have no evidence that my professional mechanics installed the wrong plugs and if that happened it would not do damage the engine anyway. On repair order # [redacted] 01/11/2018 the customer stated he will fix himself if repair is not covered under the extended warranty policy, we also installed a new throttle cable at no expensive to the customers as a good will repair gesture.
