*** *** had her Chrysler mini van towed to us from another shop in town They told her it had coolant in the oil and it had an oil leak they couldn't find There was no coolant in the oil We did a gas test on the coolant system which showed it had a bad head gasket
We found the oil leak under the intake, which was the oil filter housing We called their warranty company several times, but was put on hold everytime for approximately a half an hour each time we called Her husband came in everyday pushing us on the repair When he said he would vandalize our building, that's when I told him to take his vehicle somewhere else We did charge them $diagnostic fee for the head gasket and to find the oil leak Her husband was the biggest problem
