Response received via letter to Revdex.com, 3-21--- scan is attached; text of letter reads as follows: "Re: Complaint #***Regarding the above complaint, the vehicle was 'sold as is' with no warranties. Yours truly,Robert E***"
When she bought the vehicle, I did let her know the window wasn't properly workingShe test drove the vehicleShe decided she would still take it home that day. I told her I would pay for the part, which I did through ***. The part is at *** *** *** *** at *** ***
***Their phone number is ***. I paid *** *** *** *** already to fix the window for her. I have receipts for all of this. Her NADA sheet says 80,miles on the car, but all the paperwork at the bank which she signed says 88,miles on the car which is the correct numberThe bank is aware she doesn't have a sunroof, and the bank adjusted the NADA sheet and it’s still within lending guidelines. The customer did know about not having a sunroof because they test drove the vehicle before buyingThe customer also did not show up twice at *** *** *** *** to get the window fixed. They can show up any time to get it taken care of, they just need to call and make an appointment

while looking over the vehicle. When Ms [redacted] first began experiencing difficulties with the vehicle, Mr [redacted] says he invited her to bring it in, saying they would "look at it," but could make "no guarantees" about participating in the repair process, given that the vehicle was purchased "as is."He says Ms [redacted] indicated she would have the vehicle towed to Burns Auto Sales for that purpose, but they did not hear from her from that point forward.
