Avoid renting from this company!! They are rude, uncooperative, and uncaring. They prey on naive college students. They refuse to negotiate leases.

I have never come into contact with a worse realty company. They also eat deposits for no good reason, so plan to lose yours.

I had a great experience with Burns during my 3 year association with the company. Viewing of the property was accommodated to my schedule regardless of the week end, the property looked immaculate and ready to move in. During the times when repairs were needed, I could always reach one of the employees or, the owner himself who was instrumental at figuring out the “emergency” stuff is taken care of.
As a professional adult, I truly value the professional way of doing business, and I feel that Burns is one of the select companies with honesty and integrity.
