I am years oldOn Thursday, May I walked into the store, I was looking for a dog as a gift for my father's birthday I asked if I could see a dogMy younger bother and I waited a while to get into a room to see the dog Prices were not listed, so I asked the price of the dog I was interested inThey said they had to go in the back to check the price because each dog is priced differentlyI was told the price was $for the dog (Pekingese Beagle)I said thank you but I can't afford the dog and then the sales rep said they had a payment plan I informed them this was a birthday gift There was a big sign on the wall in the store that said you can return the dog for any reason within hours So I filled out the paperwork for credit check and paid the deposit When I returned to the store the next day, because my Dad didn't like the dog, I was told that If I returned the dog I would have to pay $(half the price of the dog)I said you didn't say that yesterday
I purchased a puppy for one price on my written contractI have been making monthly payment to their financing company on a timely and monthly basis I wanted to payoff the dog with my taxes I received I called to make the final payment and was told the dog was actually a 24mth contract not listed on my written contract and that the dog was an additional $ I stated what my contract said and they told me the financing company has a document from them stating a 24mth agreement

This place creates total confusing when it comes to the paperworkWorking off an I pad and stating that they have printer problems but you can just sign an e signature on your email approving the sale They are non trustworthy causing credit issues for many of us
