I, Mark Burns, responding to this complaint.The security deposit is $500.00 not $558.00 as in the complaint.  This party rented from Dec. 26, 2017 to Dec. 30th, 2017, when my cleaning company arrived to clean [redacted] there where parts of blinds missing 4 ft. blinds and 8 ft....

blinds.  Dishes missing and pots and pans missing also. Torn sheet on master bed.  All bedrooms had two sets of linens all towel, bath, beach towels where dirty this is not common.  In addition all dishes where dirty, glasses, cups, plates, setting for 16.  House cleaning people have been with me for three years and always tell me the truth.  Cleaners charged an additional $195.00 for cleaning because it was so bad, and excess of $280.00 for dishes, blinds and king size sheets.  I have been ([redacted]) in the rental business in Florida for six years.  Leasing homes out and have never had a complaint, of this nature.  I will not be refunding the security deposit of $500.00.[redacted]
