Thanks, This user wanted to say he can't watch when he try again after months or from initial time First of all this Problem coming from his computer slowness/ Internet provider bandwidth issues because of low bandwidth supply he can't able to stream smoothly and every seconds it's lagging or pausing .Our request to the user to rise his Internet Bandwidth Speed MB dedicated lines but not MB shared lines to watch smoothly There has no Problem in Our bandwidth or stream Now about refunds , we have refunds policy but it's within days not after days later on because after days every translation is final by our bank through we want to refunds user who is not satisfied .Still if has any question he can ask or email US : [redacted] or he can simply create a ticket through helpdesk Thanks

They are lying. I had my bank check and edigitalplace never tried to refund the money. My bank is BB&T at Bedford PA, check for yourself.

We did not charge him yearly package as trial was cancelled.

We already sent him request to refund his subscription by asking his bank. There are some issue with our bank so we did sent several request to our bank to process but for some unknow reason they are unable to process his refund. So I would like you to ask your clients to refund his subscription by asking his bank. Hope you understand the my point. Thanks

lagging or pausing .Our request to the user to rise his Internet Bandwidth Speed 25 MB dedicated lines but not 25 MB shared lines to watch smoothly . There has no Problem in Our bandwidth or stream . Now about refunds , we have refunds policy but it's within 7 days not after 60 days later on because after 45 days every translation is final by our bank through we want to refunds user who is not satisfied .Still if has any question he can ask or email US : [redacted] or he can simply create a ticket through helpdesk Thanks
