On 10/11/between 4-p.m., I obtained permission from a security officer that was on duty at Pennsylvania Ave NW to allow my father to park in the apartment building (he's parked there previously in prior situations)The next morning around 8: a.mthere was a loud and aggressive pounding on my door by the security officer on duty that morningI was informed that the the car was being ticketed and the back windshield was brokenDanielle also stated that she called me before coming up When I went downstairs, the on duty security personnel immediately told me that I was not authorized to park there and that "I had two tickets waiting for me." She also stated that when she came in at a.mshe saw the car with the busted windshield and called the policeI repeatedly told her that I obtained permission from her colleague to park in the back, which she refuted I was very disappointed that she was able to trace the vehicle back to my unit, but instead of contacting me first to find out what happened and investigate the security threat of the car being broken into, she called the police firstI find it very implausible that she was somehow able to trace the car back to my apartment and to call the police to ticket the vehicle all the while without any communication form her colleagues since she insisted that she had no idea that any of them gave me permission to park in the docking areaI was very disappointed in the manner the security handled this situationIt was highly unprofessional that the security officer on duty was not at all concerned about the property damage that occurred to a resident of the building, but was more interested in disputing the fact of whether or not I had permission to park in the backI also want to reiterate my deep frustration the the security officer contacted the police for the primary reason to ticket the car for unauthorized parking instead of contacting me firstOn the basis of these circumstances, I find it hard to reconcile there was not a preliminary investigation of the situation to look into the cause of a clearly damaged car that was a result of illegal activity around the buildingI would have appreciated if she had contacted me before she went to the policeI'd like to also add that the police officer left right away as soon as she ticketed the car so I did not have an opportunity to file a police reportI contacted the security company to see if they can provide me with a letter to dispute the ticketsThey absolutely refused to take responsibility for the absolute lack of training and unprofessionalism of their staffIt was due to their employee's negligence and absolute disregard of her duty that my vehicle was wrongfully ticketed and broken into

On 10/11/15 between 4-5 p.m., I obtained permission from a security officer that was on duty at 2424 Pennsylvania Ave NW to allow my father to park in the apartment building (he's parked there previously in prior situations).
The next morning around 8: 30 a.m. there was a loud and aggressive pounding on my door by the security officer on duty that morning. I was informed that the the car was being ticketed and the back windshield was broken. Danielle also stated that she called me before coming up
When I went downstairs, the on duty security personnel immediately told me that I was not authorized to park there and that "I had two tickets waiting for me." She also stated that when she came in at 7 a.m. she saw the car with the busted windshield and called the police. I repeatedly told her that I obtained permission from her colleague to park in the back, which she refuted. I was very disappointed that she was able to trace the vehicle back to my unit, but instead of contacting me first to find out what happened and investigate the security threat of the car being broken into, she called the police first. I find it very implausible that she was somehow able to trace the car back to my apartment and to call the police to ticket the vehicle all the while without any communication form her colleagues since she insisted that she had no idea that any of them gave me permission to park in the docking area.
I was very disappointed in the manner the security handled this situation. It was highly unprofessional that the security officer on duty was not at all concerned about the property damage that occurred to a resident of the building, but was more interested in disputing the fact of whether or not I had permission to park in the back. I also want to reiterate my deep frustration the the security officer contacted the police for the primary reason to ticket the car for unauthorized parking instead of contacting me first.
On the basis of these circumstances, I find it hard to reconcile there was not a preliminary investigation of the situation to look into the cause of a clearly damaged car that was a result of illegal activity around the building. I would have appreciated if she had contacted me before she went to the police. I'd like to also add that the police officer left right away as soon as she ticketed the car so I did not have an opportunity to file a police report.
I contacted the security company to see if they can provide me with a letter to dispute the tickets. They absolutely refused to take responsibility for the absolute lack of training and unprofessionalism of their staff. It was due to their employee's negligence and absolute disregard of her duty that my vehicle was wrongfully ticketed and broken into.
