I wish I looked at all the reviews before we went there. This place has 1-2 stars on every single website! Anyway, our experience was horrible. They charge 40$ for a battery change. My husband did not pay attention, signed the ticket and that was the end for us. I tried to argue about the price later and found out that there was a 20$ option available that no one told us about. So they just overcharge people left and right. I tried contacting their corporate and apparently the corporate has no power over the owner. So we had to pay this outrageous price for a simple battery change. I mean every single thing about this place is terrible. Every time I would try to negotiate with them they would laugh at me and make smart comments. What a way to treat your customers. The bigger lady is very unprofessional, I still can not believe that she is the owner of that place. She will be nice with you, because they work for commission, but as soon as you have a concern or a problem, she is not willing to help you. All what she cares about is your money, and not about providing any kind of good service. Do NOT waste your money there, take your business to a better place. These people do not deserve any more customers.
