Burns Tire and Alignment

We took our van to them to get a brake line fixed. It took them 2 weeks to get it done. We went and picked up the van and paid for the labor. We got the receipt and drove the van home. On the way home, my boyfriend checked the brakes to make sure they were in working order. He had hardly to no brake pedal. When we got home I called them and told them about it. The guy ,Aaron, said that he would be down to our place to pick the van up and bleed the brakes that afternoon. It has been 2 weeks since he said that and nothing has been done. I have called down there many times and they don't answer the phone at all. I have left messages and no return call has been made. What can we do about this? They were paid for a job that was not complete and we need our second vehicle. Please help us.
