I spoke with the customer and explained in detail that the manufacture of the product changed the body of the supplements from a box to a bottleI also gave the customer the manufacturer name and website information, I asked the consumer to visit their websfte or
contact them directly to verify these changesAt that time, I informed the customer I'm a distributor/reseller for the companyI'm not the manufacturer; lawfully I will not nor do I have the rights to make any changes to their productI wanted the customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase as well as our company. Due to this discrepancy, I offered to give the customer a full refund if the product was returned
After our conversation, the very next day the customer filed a complaint with *** on 1/22/*** fully investigated this issue and sent a copy of their review to both parties, myself as well as my company*** concluded, if the customer was not satisfied with the product they were entitled to a FULL refundI totally agreed with *** decision and initiated their refund processThe terms of *** refund policy states, in order to receive a full refund the product had to be returnedTo confirm this statement; I've enclosed a copy of the investigation rendered by *** The refund process was already underway and the funds were already deducted from my account, awaiting the customer's response/replyI fully complied with their investigation to ensure this Issue was rectified in a timely manner
Here is the issue, in spite of all the efforts made to resolve this problem by *** as well as myself, the customer never returned the product, *** did not issue the refund because the customer did not comply with their terms of the refund agreementIf the consumer was not satisfied with the product as stated, the product should have been returned and we would have gladly complied and issued a full refund with no questions askedThis was not my company's doing, however the consumer insist on bad mouthing my company and calling us fraudulent when this is clearly not the caseDeformation of character is against the law and the consumer should be mindful of this before making such claims

Review: I ordered a product from Burns Total Health and went through [redacted] for payment. Unfortunately when I received the product it was in a bottle instead of a box as I always received it from my other company. When I opened the bottle, the pills were different as well. I wanted a refund because this is not what I wanted. The owner request that I send the product back in the mail unopened for a refund. Oh no, then I would have no product and then HOPE I get credit back to my credit card? I refuse to return the fraud product and bit the bullet. I lost my money I paid and I will not order from this company ever again!Desired Settlement: I would like my $50.00 returned to my debit card.

I spoke with the customer and explained in detail that the manufacture of the product changed the body of the supplements from a box to a bottle. I also gave the customer the manufacturer name and website information, I asked the consumer to visit their websfte or contact them directly to verify these changes. At that time, I informed the customer I'm a distributor/reseller for the company. I'm not the manufacturer; lawfully I will not nor do I have the rights to make any changes to their product. I wanted the customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase as well as our company. Due to this discrepancy, I offered to give the customer a full refund if the product was returned.
