This is Jahe D [redacted] from burnside Woreless inc [redacted] *** Case number id [redacted] Am contraction u regards about the Costomer who claim that she puchase the screen protection from the storeBut we have our policy and is hang in the store we don't refund at all and especially those items are easy to break glass protection bcs Costomers might try to do it by them self to replace the screen protector which some time can easily dry the glue but am the owner tell the costume next time he have issue with any worker they have right to contact the owners instead of filling for a claim they can come back to the store and ask for the manager and we will be happy to give them another screen protector but no refund at all
