On July 17th, we did a repair on the condensing unit If we would have gone out again before the warranty on the failed evaporator coil had expired this would have been a chargeable labor repair The labor portion of the warranty expired in October of Our labor charge to replace the evaporator coil and properly charge the system is $ This is the 2nd Bryant coil that failed, not a Burnsville Heating installation failure Because warranty is not an issue at this point, we will have a new evaporator coil delivered to your home and you can employ the company of your choice do the installationll us why here

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/07/15) */ this home was a new construction home we did for [redacted] almost years agoWe put in the furnace, a/c, humidifier and duct work but the builder has a electric company wire everything in the homemy guess that the loose wire our tech found caused the contactor to failwe do not wire any of our equipmentthe service tech that was at the home is also new to our company and is told after business hours to charge since he does not have access to records after hoursI can not believe a home owner would make a mark against a company to the Revdex.com with out even contacting the business first to discuss Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2014/07/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I apologize for assuming that the new equipment Burnsville Heating & A/C put in had been tested after installationThe wiring issue could have been the fault of a different sub-contractor As for contacting the Business, the tech was adamant about the charges & policyIf this is not the case what is proposal for resolution? Final Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 16, 2014/09/03) */ In response to the last letter sent from the customer I will respond with saying that the closing on their new home was 9-and the system has been operational for approximately years with no calls for serviceOur proposal for resolution is a full reimbursement of his charges [redacted] President/CEO Burnsville Heating A/C Inc
