On 12/23/Our salesman received a call from his customer that she was having issues with a car that she bought from usEven though the customer was not under warranty and the vehicle was sold as is due to mileage, it is Burnsville Motors
process to always have the car brought to us so we can determine the problemBurnsville motors has always tried to help when issues arise but we have to determine what the problem is firstAfter several days the car was not brought in so the salesman called the customer back to see if she was bringing the car to us but never heard backAfter a few more days the sales manager who was aware of the issue also tried to reach the customer to have her bring the car to us so we could look at it but was also unable to reach her so he decided to call the customers aunt and uncle who have bought several cars from us and left a message to call usAfter several weeks the aunt called back and said she would try to get a hold of her niece and have her call us,
we never heard backBurnsville Motors understands very well that things can happen and it is not our policy to turn our backs on someone if they have problems, that is why we have a full service department so that we stick with this processWe understand how important it is to take care of our customers and this was no exceptionBurnsville Motors values every customer we do business with and this transaction was know exceptionOnce again we would like to invite the customer to bring the car in so we can assist in helping her with the issues she is having

Unfortunately it is too late to bring my vehicle inI have already gotten my vehicle fixedWhen I called in January when I received and estimate from a repair shop that was over dollarsThe sales person I spoke with his first response was "Well you know you brought a used car and is sold as is" I responded back by saying I had just paid dollars over the course of days and I didn't have an extra dollars laying around to get a vehicle that I have not had more than at time a about 35-days into the vehicleHe asked if was a reputable place where I had gotten the estimate I advised what shopOnly then is when the sales person proceeded to say let me look into something I can't make any promises or guarantees and he advised me to call him backNot bring my vehicle in to see what was going on with it and what Burnsville motors could do to assist meThat is turning your back on me because that very conversation made me regret I had ever purchased a vehicle with Burnsville motorsEveryone was nice and helpful to get me approved told me to call if I needed anything and when I do call I am pretty much slapped in the faceFurthermore my Cousin is who you are referring toShe is the only reason I decided to go to Burnsville Motors because she purchased a used car from them a few years back they had mechanical issues and Burnsville motors didn't give them attitude or remind them that they purchased a used car they had them bring the vehicle in asked what they could pay they paid a portion and Burnsville motors helped with the remaining repairsThis is one reason I chose them because they seemed to care unfortunately I didn't receive any customer service even remotely close to thatEvery sales person first response was "IT'S A USED CAR AND IS SOLD AS IS"Very disappointing it is! My cousin couldn't understand the treatment when I explained the treatment I received so when my car recently broke down and a random person said it may be a blown head gasketMy cousin called Burnsville Motors she spoke with a sales person now they didn't know I was on the phone and sitting right next to her on speaker phoneShe explained it might be head gasket and I had just purchased and didn't have that kind of moneyWithout fail the sales person response was if she had her mechanic look at the vehicle they should have known her head gasket was going bad that's not something that just happensThen he proceeded to say well it's a used car and is sold as isShe explained again I didn't have that kind of money and needed a vehicle the sales person's response was then well bring it and we will see what we can do itThey advised to have the vehicle towed inAbsolutely disgusted with the responses I was getting I have already taken my car and gotten the vehicle fixed so there is absolutely no reason at this time to bring my vehicle inIt runs just fine nowThe condition of my breaks and lies are beyond me because the car really was not safe to drive off the lot and I was told that the vehicle was inspected and it clearly was not all my breaks and rotors had to be replacedIt was absolutely unbelievable the condition of my breaks they could have gone out at any timeFor the record no one has ever called my phone my number has not changed since I purchased the vehicle from Burnsville motorsI am not sure if they ever called my cousin a message was never relayed to meMy email has not changed! Nothing has changed my finance company has called on several occasions so I am not sure what information Burnsville Motors has on file and the reason they can't seem to reach meThere were never any voicemails left or anythingWith that being said no I am not satisfied with this response because I have already taken care of the issues with NO assistance from Burnsville Motors
